Operations & Auctions: Conduct periodic chit auctions and bidding processes , ensuring transparent prize disbursement as mandated by regulatory frameworks like the Chit Funds Act .Collections & Recovery: Monitor pending dues, negotiate repayment schedules, and coordinate with field teams to meet monthly collection targets.
