We are hiring Civil CAD Software Trainer teaches students and professionals how to use computer-aided design (CAD) programs. They prepare lesson plans, conduct hands-on classes, and grade student projects. The goal is to help learners build job-ready skills for the construction and engineering fields.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeach Classes: Lead daily classroom or online sessions on design software.Master Software: Instruct learners on programs like AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, and ETABS.Make Materials: Create training manuals, quizzes, and practical exercises.Guide Students: Help learners with real-world project work.Track Progress: Give tests, monitor learner progress, and give helpful feedback.
Requirements and SkillsEducation: A diploma, B.E., B.Tech, or M.Tech in Civil Engineering.Software Skills: Strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.Teaching: Past teaching experience is a plus. Fresh graduates with strong tech skills are also hired.Soft Skills: Great communication skills to explain hard ideas clearly.
