Bavdhan: Pune's Green Valley Nestled Between the Hills - Price: $8,000,000

Bavdhan is widely appreciated for its green surroundings and peaceful lifestyle. Often described as a "valley" because of hills on three sides, the locality benefits from its closeness to the NDA forest belt, which brings cleaner air and scenic views that are hard to find elsewhere in Pune. Surrounded by the Sahyadri hills and close to Pashan Lake, Bavdhan offers a rare mix of natural beauty, everyday convenience, and a strategic position on the map.
The area sits right off the Mumbai-Bangalore National Highway near Chandni Chowk and is linked to Kothrud, Baner, Aundh, Pashan, Sus, and the Hinjewadi IT Park through key roads such as Paud Road, NDA Road, and the Mulshi link road. The newly developed Chandni Chowk Interchange, a multi-level flyover project, has further eased congestion and improved traffic flow into and out of the locality.
Today, Flats in Bavdhan are available across 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4 BHK configurations, along with residential plots for those who want to build their own home. Each option caters to a different kind of buyer — from young professionals to growing families to long-term land investors. Let's break down what makes each of these choices valuable.
