We are hiring Hindi Voice Process Executives with 1–3 years of experience for our customer support operations in Chennai. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and basic English, with good customer handling skills.
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Process: Hindi Voice – Inbound ,Outbound Customer Support
Qualification: Any Graduate, Diploma ,12th Pass with good communication skills
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000/month (based on experience & interview)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi
Resolve queries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction
Update customer records and maintain accurate call logs
Follow scripts and call guidelines provided by the company
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments
Required Skills:
Fluency in Hindi (mandatory); basic English understanding
Good listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm and professional during calls
Basic computer knowledge (typing, MS Office, CRM tools)
Prior BPO/Voice process experience preferred (1–3 years)
Additional Details:
Job Type: Full-time, Voice Process
Location: Chennai (on-site role)
Working Days: 5 days in week
Shift Timings: Day Shift (may vary by project)
