We are looking for a production supervisor that has excellent multitasking abilities. The production supervisor is responsible for increasing productivity with innovative methods and motivating staff to perform better.
Requirements:
Qualification: Diploma ECE/BE ECE/EEE
3 month probation 12k
Experience: 0 - 6 months
To be successful as a production supervisor you must be goal-oriented and methodical. A good production supervisor keeps up to date with new innovations in production and ensures that health and safety laws are followed.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and manage staff: Guide and direct production workers, assign tasks, and ensure they follow procedures and safety regulations.
Monitor production processes: Ensure operations are efficient and meet quality standards, while identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
Manage resources: Coordinate the flow of raw materials and supplies, manage inventory levels, and schedule regular maintenance for equipment.
Ensure compliance: Enforce company standards and ensure the workplace complies with all health and safety regulations.
Train and develop employees: Train new hires and provide ongoing development for the team to enhance their skills and performance.
