Reconciliation: Balance payment batches, identify variances, and investigate payment discrepancies or denials.
EOB/ERA Review: Interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) to apply correct adjustments, co-pays, and deductibles.
Data Entry: Accurately input financial data and update patient account information.
