Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT / Non-IT / Leadership roles
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, networking
Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
Manage offer rollout, negotiations, and closures
Maintain recruitment metrics, trackers, and MIS reports
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Mentor and guide junior recruiters
Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and quality standards
Required Skills:
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Expertise in job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
Ability to handle bulk and niche hiring
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in MS Excel / HRMS
Eligibility:
5+ years of relevant recruitment experience
MBA / MSW / MHRM / Any Graduate
Experience in IT / BPO / Manufacturing hiring preferred
