Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced BPO Domestic Semi-Voice Process Executive to handle a mix of customer calls and non-voice support such as email, chat, and backend operations. The candidate should have good communication skills and prior experience in semi-voice processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as required

Respond to customer queries through email and chat support

Perform backend data processing and documentation

Update customer records accurately in the system

Meet quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets

Follow company policies and process guidelines

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in Tamil and English

Strong written communication and typing skills

Experience in domestic semi-voice process

Basic computer knowledge and CRM exposure

Ability to work in shifts and under pressure

Qualification:

Any graduate or undergraduate

2–3 years of experience in BPO domestic semi-voice process
