We are looking for an experienced BPO Domestic Semi-Voice Process Executive to handle a combination of customer calls and non-voice support activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and solid experience in domestic semi-voice operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

Manage customer queries through email and chat support

Perform backend data processing and documentation tasks

Update and maintain accurate customer records

Meet quality standards, productivity targets, and SLAs

Follow company policies and process guidelines

Required Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English

Strong customer handling and multitasking abilities

Experience in domestic semi-voice process

Basic computer knowledge and CRM tools

Ability to work in shifts and handle work pressure

Qualification:
