Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle escalated customer calls and complex service requests

Manage email, chat, and backend processing tasks

Support and guide junior semi-voice executives

Ensure quality standards, SLAs, and process compliance

Maintain accurate customer records and reports

Assist team leads in achieving performance targets

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English

Strong experience in domestic semi-voice BPO processes

Good knowledge of CRM and ticketing tools

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure

Qualification:

Any graduate or undergraduate
