Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced BPO International Non-Voice Process Executive to handle customer support through email, chat, and backend operations for international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills and prior experience in international non-voice processes.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Handle customer queries via email and chat support

Perform backend processing, documentation, and data updates

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

Ensure quality standards, SLAs, and turnaround times are met

Follow international compliance and process guidelines

Required Skills :

Excellent written communication skills in English

Experience in international non-voice process

Good typing speed and computer knowledge

Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools

Willingness to work night shifts / rotational shifts

Qualification :

Any graduate or undergraduate

2–3 years of experience in BPO international non-voice process
