Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced BPO International Non-Voice Process Executive to manage complex customer support tasks through email, chat, and backend operations for international clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills and strong process knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Handle complex customer queries via email and chat support

Perform backend processing, documentation, and data updates

Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

Meet quality, productivity, and SLA targets

Support junior team members when required

Required Skills :

Excellent written communication skills in English

Strong experience in international non-voice process

Good typing speed and computer knowledge

Experience with CRM and ticketing tools

Ability to work night shifts / rotational shifts

Qualification :

Any graduate or undergraduate

4–5 years of experience in BPO international non-voice process
