Job Description :

We are hiring Entry-Level BPO International Semi-Voice Process Executives to handle a combination of limited voice calls and non-voice support such as email, chat, and backend operations for international clients. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Handle limited inbound/outbound international customer calls

Respond to customer queries through email and chat support

Perform backend processing and data updates

Maintain accurate customer records in the system

Follow international quality and process guidelines

Required Skills :

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Willingness to work night shifts / rotational shifts

Ability to handle both voice and non-voice tasks
