Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced BPO International Semi-Voice Process Executive to handle a mix of international customer calls and non-voice support such as email, chat, and backend operations. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and prior experience in international semi-voice processes.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls as required

Respond to customer queries through email and chat support

Perform backend processing and documentation tasks

Update and maintain accurate customer records

Meet quality standards, SLAs, and productivity targets

Follow international process guidelines and compliance standards

Required Skills :

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Experience in international semi-voice process

Good typing speed and computer knowledge

Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools

Willingness to work night shifts / rotational shifts

Qualification :

Any graduate or undergraduate

2–3 years of experience in BPO international semi-voice process
