Duties:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, social selling (LinkedIn), and field visits.
Client Presentations: Make sales presentations and product demonstrations that are compelling and customized to the prospect's particular requirements.
Relationship management: Identify "Upsell" or "Cross-sell" opportunities and offer outstanding post-sale assistance to sustain and expand current accounts.
Pipeline Management: Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to carefully oversee the sales funnel from the first point of contact to the final contract signature.
Market intelligence: To keep a competitive edge, keep abreast of market developments, rivalry, and pricing tactics.
Negotiation & Closing: To ensure a "Win-Win" situation for the client and the business, professionally handle objections and negotiate contract terms and pricing.
Focus Skills:
Persuasive Communication: The capacity to effectively and persuasively explain complicated value propositions to a variety of stakeholders.
Grit and resilience: The capacity to endure setbacks and maintain motivation in a high-stress, goal-oriented setting.
Asking the proper questions and paying close attention to what the consumer really needs.
Tech-savvy: Able to use virtual meeting platforms and CRM applications.
Time management: Outstanding ability to prioritize high-value leads and oversee a hectic daily call and meeting schedule.
