Mechanical Engineer Where Power and Elegance Collide
Job Description
Duties:
Product Design & Modeling: Use CAD software to produce intricate 3D models and 2D technical drawings for mechanical components and assemblies.
Feasibility & Simulation: To forecast how designs will respond to actual stresses, heat, and fluid flow, use Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
Material Selection: Consider stress requirements, weight restrictions, and environmental conditions while evaluating and choosing suitable materials.
Prototyping: Prior to mass production, construct and test actual prototypes to verify design principles and spot possible mechanical flaws.
Manufacturing Support: Work along with the production team to create manufacturing techniques like 3D printing, injection molding, and CNC machining.
System Integration: To guarantee smooth operation, supervise the integration of mechanical systems with electrical and electronic components.
Focus Skills:
Design Proficiency: Expert proficiency in parametric modeling and assembly design using SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or Creo.
Analytical Depth: A solid grasp of fundamental concepts in thermodynamics, kinematics, mechanics, and materials science.
Simulation expertise is the ability to do stress and thermal analysis using simulation programs such as SolidWorks Simulation or ANSYS.
Technical Documentation: The capacity to provide accurate GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) annotations to guarantee production precision.
Problem-Solving: A systematic strategy for identifying mechanical bottlenecks and maximizing system efficiency.
Apply now to become an integral part of our growing team!
