We are looking for a Non-Voice Process Executive that is dedicated and enthusiastic to join our team. Data entry, research, and customer service via chat and email are just a few of the back-office tasks you will be managing in this position.
Requirements:
Conduct outbound calls to verify business information, such as contact details, company information, and other relevant data
Accurately and efficiently record call outcomes in Excel sheets or designated databases.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all recorded data.
Maintain well-organized and updated records
Identify and report any inconsistencies or inaccuracies in the data collected.
Skills:
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and speed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Role: Non Voice Process Executive
Experience: Freshers
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Location: In and Around Chennai
