As Semi-Voice Process Executives, we are looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our team. In this position, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service via chat, email, and phone calls.

Requirements:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through various channels, including chat, email, and phone calls.
Resolve customer issues and provide relevant information and assistance.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Accurately document all customer interactions, including call notes, chat transcripts, and email correspondence, in the CRM system.
Maintain updated customer records

Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong listening and comprehension skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and spoken English
Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically
