Minimum Requirements:
-Professional and reliable Afrikaans speaking female, aged 25+ years
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 1 year recent experience in property rentals A MUST (None negotiable key requirement)
-Computer literate in MS Office (PayProp proficiency preferred/advantageous)
-Own reliable transport
-Preferably residing in Pretoria East
-Stable employment record and contactable references a must
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full property letting / rental administration functions
-Financial administration (Credit checks, reconciling payments daily, capture all debit and credit notes, invoicing, process tenant deposit refunds, handle deposit refunds etc.)
-Prepare commission statements for Property Practitioners commission pay-outs
-Attend to all enquiries relating to letting transactions
-New client administration, assist with completion of Application, Lease and Mandate
-Collect all supporting documents accompanying application of tenant, follow up on all outstanding documents
-Mandate & Lease renewals, manage renewal process, update PayProp system with new information etc.
-Property inspection- and maintenance administration
-Download photos of premises to server
-Compile and forward quarterly reports
-Set up payment to service provider
-Liaison with tenants, landlords and property practitioners
-Manage/follow up on all arrears, send letters of demand to tenants in arrears
-Invoicing, draw utility invoices from E-Tshwane etc.
-Compile reconciliations on relevant accounts
-Invoice all third-party accounts to tenants
-Ensure FICA compliance on rental transactions
-Office administration and maintain electronic filing system
Salary: R 12 000.00 – R 15 000.00 gross
