Job Description
Responsibilities
Respond to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements
Carry out civil, electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning and refrigeration maintenance, repairs and installation
Display a sound knowledge of MEP and civil related works
Assess required resources for maintenance, repair or installation works
Flexibility to work to shift patterns as and when required. Flexible availability for 24/7 rostered standby duties and emergency call outs
Report to manager on job progress and issues on a daily basis
Experience: 0 to 1 year
Salary: From 15K per month
Location: Chennai
Qualification: 10th, 12th and Above
Job Type: Permanent Full time Job
