team leaders of production staffs maintain the production schedule Determine and develop client requirements for system in production to ensure maximum usability Team coordination for demand and supply management, inventory management for quality and material supply issues ensure that health and safety laws are followed To analyse all facts of production and making recommendations for improvement supervising the manufacturing process and ensure the quality process is done in a safe and efficient manner Set the production goals and targets towards achieving them Maintain accurate records and reports on production process and issues work with management to continuously improve production process and efficiency trouble shoot and problem solve production issues and thay arise monitor and maintain inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and logistics as needed Determine the quality of goods before shipping documentation with reference to ISO 9001Preferred candidate profile Quick learner, trainer, willing to take challenging assignmentsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in a mechanical engineering /Automobile engineering Perks and benefits company will provide ESI&PF benefits canteen and transport facilities available
