Qualification: Diploma/BE in E&I
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
Field Service: Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
Equipment Upgrades: Perform equipment upgrades and modifications.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
Project Management: Manage field service projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records.
Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Skills:
Technical Expertise: Excellent technical understanding of pertinent machinery and systems.
Problem-Solving: The capacity to identify and fix technical problems.
Communication Skills: Interpersonal and effective communication abilities.
Time management: Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Focus on the Customer: Capacity to deliver superior customer service
