Job Description
As a Payroll Executive within our HR department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our employees are paid accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
Payroll Processing: Complete payroll, including deductions, bonuses, and salaries, precisely and on schedule.
Statutory Compliance: Verify adherence to all essential laws and statutory rules, such as PF, ESI, and PT.
Payroll Reconciliation: Keep correct records and reconcile payroll data.
Year-end tax calculations should be prepared and reviewed.
Answer questions from staff members about payroll and tax deductions.
Data management: Keep payroll and personnel records up to date.
Skills:
Payroll Processing: Excellent familiarity with payroll processing protocols.
Comprehensive understanding of pertinent labour laws and regulations is necessary for statutory compliance.
Data Entry: Speed and accuracy in data entry.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
Organisational Skills: Excellent time management and organising abilities.
Problem-Solving: The capacity to recognise and address payroll-related concerns.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
