Qualification: Any Degree related to Accounting and Finance
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
Process invoices, purchase orders, and credit memos.
Verify invoice accuracy and ensure proper approvals.
Prepare and process vendor payments.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
Utilize Excel spreadsheets for data entry, calculations, and reporting.
Maintain a well-organized filing system for all accounting documents
Skills:
Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures
Strong data entry and typing skills with high accuracy
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data entry, calculations, and reporting
Excellent organizational and time management skills
