Data entry: Enter and update client data into the system accurately.
Document processing: Handle and record communications and transactions with customers.
Email correspondence: Answer questions and emails from clients.
Report Creation: To find patterns and opportunities, create reports and analyse data.
Process Adherence: Comply with the rules and regulations of the business.
Assure the accuracy and calibre of the job through quality assurance.
Solving problems: Find and fix problems with data processing and entry.
Skills:
Attention to Detail: Careful consideration of accuracy and detail.
Time management and organisation abilities are strong advantages.
Computer skills: mastery of pertinent programs and equipment.

Teamwork: The capacity to collaborate well with others.
