We are looking to add a driven and customer-focused Malayalam Voice Process Executive to our vibrant team. In your role as a Malayalam Voice Process Executive, you will be in charge of giving our clients outstanding customer service by answering incoming and outgoing calls in Malayalam.
What you will do:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information and assistance.
Build rapport with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
What we need:
outstanding Malayalam communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
strong comprehension and listening abilities.
Outstanding customer service with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
Capacity to professionally and sympathetically respond to consumer questions and complaints
Role: Malayalam Voice Process Executive
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Location: In and Around Chennai
No of Vacancies: 6
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
