Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance
Experience Requirement : 0 to 2 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
Take care of overseas clients' incoming and outgoing calls.
Answer questions from clients, fix problems, and offer pertinent information and support.
Establish a good rapport with foreign clients and make sure they are satisfied.
Investigate client concerns, offer suitable fixes, or forward complicated problems to the proper departments.
Make sure you accurately record every customer encounter in the CRM system, including call notes and resolutions.
Skills:
outstanding English communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
Outstanding customer service attitude with an emphasis on global client pleasure.
the capacity to respond professionally and sympathetically to consumer concerns and questions.
strong comprehension and listening abilities.
