We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications.

Requirements:
Design, develop, and implement new software programs and applications.
Analyze program requirements and translate them into functional code.
Analyze the performance of existing programs, identify and resolve issues.
Improve program efficiency, maintainability, and scalability
Review and provide feedback on the code written by junior programmers.
Guide and mentor junior programmers on programming best practices and techniques

Skills:
Programming Expertise: Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, C#).
Software Development Methodologies: Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Problem-Solving & Debugging: Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
