Job Description
Salary Range : based on skills and interview performance
Experience Requirement : Freshers
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : 8 work Shift | Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Find and screen resumes to select qualified applicants for a variety of roles.
Interview Scheduling and Arrangement: Arrange interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
Support for Onboarding: Provide new hires with the helpful tool of ensuring that all paperwork and procedures are completed.
Database management: Keep candidate and approach information up to date in recruitment databases.
Cooperation: Pay close attention to branch heads in order to identify workforce needs and expand venture descriptions.
Skills:
Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
