We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Executive to join our team. As an Administrative Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Requirements:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and scheduling meetings.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Provide administrative support to management team members, including preparing presentations, drafting correspondence, and managing calendars
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Skills:
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Location: In and Around Chennai
