Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation and ensuring necessary paperwork is completed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database, including personnel files, leave records, and other relevant information.
Address basic employee inquiries related to company policies, procedures, benefits, and other HR-related matters

Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Location: In and Around Chennai

Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
