Responsibilities
Quality Standards: Set quality standards and guidelines for products.
Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes and final products to ensure quality.
Communication: Share quality standards with relevant teams.
Product Testing: Coordinate and participate in product testing.
Issue Identification: Identify and analyze problems with products.
Problem Solving: Recommend and facilitate solutions to issues.
Customer Feedback: Review customer feedback and take appropriate actions.
Process Monitoring: Monitor all processes that impact product quality.
Skills Required:
Quality Standards and Metrics: Understanding and setting appropriate quality standards, KPIs, and metrics.
Testing Methodologies: Proficiency in various testing methodologies (e.g., unit, integration, system, regression, acceptance).
Defect Tracking: Ability to identify, track, and prioritize defects using bug tracking tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze test results, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
Test Automation: Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
Programming: Basic programming skills to understand and create automated test scripts.
