We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Hindi Voice Process Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Hindi-speaking customers through phone calls
Requirements:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi professionally and effectively.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Communicate clearly and concisely with customers in Hindi.
Actively listen to customer concerns and understand their needs
Skills:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
Active Listening: Ability to actively listen to customer concerns and understand their needs.
Role: Hindi Voice Process Executive
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Location: In and Around Chennai
