Job Description
We are looking for motivated, customer-focused people to work as Hindi Voice Process Executives for our team. You will be in charge of giving outstanding customer service to clients who speak Hindi over the phone in this position.
What you will do:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
Build strong customer relationships through clear and concise communication.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
What we need:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (both written and spoken).
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Active listening and effective communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Role: Hindi Voice Process Executive
Experience: 2 to 6 yrs
Qualification: Any basic Degree
Location: In and Around Chennai
No of Vacancies: 6
